Today I took you along with me to my kitchen, and shared with you what I ate. I need to go to the grocery store, so my pantry is a little bare at the moment. That meant that I was limited to eating whatever I had on hand today. For breakfast, a smoothie made with plain yogurt, protein powder, strawberries and blueberries. Lunch was scrambled eggs with onion, green peppers, cheese, and hot sauce! I then had a small snack of some rosemary and sea salt crackers and sliced cheese, and later on I made myself an early afternoon dinner of a turkey and cheese sandwich that I toasted in the air fryer and had with two clementine oranges for dessert.
To create this video, I used my iPhone and recorded multiple videos of what I ate throughout the day. I then used iMovie to add them all together and also edit. I sped up the prep work, and also added some music that I got from the iMovie soundtracks.
